My name is Rhonda Colley.   My husband, Joe and I have been Childcare Consultants for Cultural Care Au Pair for over 15 years.  We have enjoyed getting know hundreds of young men and women who have joined our program as au pairs throughout the years.   We enjoy getting to know the many families we support and service in our region.   Many families repeat with us year after year so we have  created many great memories of our years together with yearly Host Family events and visits to their homes.

Joe and I have lived in our home in Arlington for 35  years and have raised our 3 daughters in Arlington Public Schools.   We have stayed connected with many of the au pairs who have been in our group of past years and have gotten a chance to visit some of them in their home countries and they have come back to visit us long after their au pair years have come to an end.
