Hi LCCs!!
My name is Maiara, I’m 20 years old, and I’m looking for my next host family!
My second Au Pair year starts on March 18th and I’m looking for my next host family. I currently take care of 2 year old twins, 8 years old girl and a 10-year-old boy in New Jersey. I would love to know new places of the country for my second year, big cities!
I’m a positive, energetic and silly person that you can be completely sure that will always be there for your kids and for you.

I have experience with older and young kids – for my second year I’m willing to take care of kids aged 3 months to 15 years old.

We asked the following questions of her current family. Below are the questions and answers.

Please describe your au pair’s weekly childcare schedule (e.g. flexible, Monday – Friday 9-5 or mostly evening care, etc.):Changes a bit week to week – mostly mornings before school or class, saturday mornings, some evenings, some lunchtimes, and afterschool through dinner a few days a week.

Please describe your au pair’s main responsibilities while caring for your children.

Meal prep and laundry for the kids, tidying up, supervising playtime and playdates, diapers, bottles, bath, etc

What do your children like best about your au pair?

Her Saturday morning chocolate chip pancakes! They get to play, watch tv and have fun when she’s working.
What do you appreciate most about your au pair? With four children, including a set of demanding 2 year old twins and a 45-hour work-week, we’re not exactly the ideal host family on paper, so we appreciate that she is able to help make our day to day life a little less crazy. We are grateful that she does what she is asked to do and is often flexible when we need her to be.
